Depending on the location, we offer diverse opportunities for students and graduates, including Summer Trainee Programs, flexible Working Student roles, internships, and associate programs.

The Rising Stars program
MN Rising Star is a program dedicated to students, fresh graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a technical education background (ideally Telecommunications or related area). We are looking for Trainees with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate in a multinational environment.
The program starts on the 1st of May, and it offers a pathway to permanent employment, providing a unique opportunity to grow and build your career with us.
The recruitment process began in January 2025 and will continue through the end of February 2025, although the timeline may vary by country.

- Your application
- CV pre-screening conducted by our Talent Attraction Teams
- Online Technical Assessment (60 - 90 minutes, only for technical roles)
- Nokia Talent Discovery Online Assessment (45 minutes, only for selected roles)
- Job Interview (60-90 minutes)
- Decision
Please note that only shortlisted candidates are invited to each stage of the process. Depending on the program, it may take up to one month to receive feedback after submitting your CV.
