Recruitment process
The steps may differ depending on the specific requirements of each role, but here is a general outline of the typical Early Career recruitment process:

Nokia Garage
Students are always welcome in Nokia Romania Garage. Interaction with them involves courses, training, labs and projects. These collaborations resulted in, among others, several robots (human size 3D printed, tic-tac-toe, footballers, candy sorter), an autonomous rover, t-shirts with sensors for monitoring various parameters, a smart parking system based on video analysis, a smart irrigation system, a virtual tour of the Garage with the help of virtual reality glasses, a mobile air quality monitoring device or a smart management building system.
