The Student Recruitment Process
We run 3 hiring cycles for student positions each year. The terms start in January, May, and September but we start posting for these positions 4-6 months in advance of the start date. The process can vary based on each position’s needs, but here is the typical hiring process:
1. Apply
Submitting a completed application is the first step in the process.
2. Tech/Non-tech Interview
Candidates selected to move forward in this next phase will typically have a 1-step 30-minute virtual interview with employees and/or a manager from the hiring team. If it is a technical role, depending on what position you are applying for will depend on what types of questions will be asked. There might be a basic technical test. Don’t worry we are not looking for right or wrong answers but your knowledge and how you respond.
3. Decision
Congratulations, you made it this far! Candidates who are successful are contacted by one of our trusted Campus Talent Attraction Partners to start the offer process.
