10 x 10Gb/s DWDM hybrid-integrated transmitter based on passive alignment of an array of 10 directly modulated lasers with SiO2 AWG

We present a 100Gb/s hybrid transmitter based on an array of 10 DWDM 10Gb/s directly modulated lasers, passively aligned to a SiO2 AWG, and its optimization for precise wavelength accuracy, high yield, and high performances.
