130-Gb/s PDM-QPSK PIC-to-PIC transmission using a fully integrated InP-Monolithic Source Based on Prefixed Optical Phase Switching

We present the first PDM-QPSK PIC-to-PIC transmission, at which 32.5 Gbaud signals where generated using the smallest-from-factor all-monolithic InP QPSK transmitter for metropolitan and interconnect systems.
