160 Gbit/s SOA All optical Wavelength Converter and Assessment of its Regenerative Properties

160 Gb/s all-optical wavelength conversion with reshaping and retiming regeneration is demonstrated using a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) gating delay interferometer (DI) configuration. The operation is performed with -3.5 dBm input signal power and 350 mA current applied to the SOA.
