1.83-µs wavelength-transparent all-optical delay

We demonstrate a record wavelength-transparent, all-optical delay of 1.83 mus using precise dispersion engineering and triple wavelength conversion. The maximal 3-dB penalty achieved over the entire delay tuning range is the lowest reported impairment to date.
