3 Modes Transmission Experiment Using a New Mode-Multiplexer with Adiabatic Mode Conversion and Low Losses

We present a new spatial mode multiplexer based on multiple reflections on a fixed phase plate which induce few crosstalk and low losses. We study the influence of coupling induced by splices and transmission fiber on the spatial transmission performance.
