52 -TB/S WDM TRANSMISSION OVER FIELD-DEPLOYED FIBER

We present results of 40 channel WDM transmission experiments over one and two spans of 93 km field deployed SSMF in the network of Etisalat. We achieved 52 Tbit/s for PCS-256-QAM with entropy 7.5 bits and 48.4 Tbit/s for 64-QAM transmission, respectively.
