A Decade of Innovation at ISSCC - A Technology Review 1958- 1967.

This paper is a historical review commemorating the anniversary of the first decade of publication of the International Solid- State Circuits Conference Digest of Technical Papers. The state-of-the art at that time as seen through Digest coverage is explored in four principal areas: transistor fabrication technology, high speed circuits, memory, and optoelectronics. Other topics touched upon are A/D converters, radiation resistance, low power circuits, and sensor technology.
