A Key Distribution Protocol with Limited Legal Liability for the KDC

For the case of a large community of secure communications, use is often made of a Key Distribution Center (KDC) to manage the session keys for two communicating terminals. This paper presents a new key management protocol, using bi-directional asymmetric exchanges, such as to achieve the highest protocol security possible.The RSA algorithm is an example of a bi-directional asymmetric algorithm.
