A law-of-the-iterated-logarithm version of L = lambda W.
01 January 1988
This memorandum is a sequel to memoranda 59513-850930-01,02,03- TM in which we developed extensions of the fundamental queueing formula L = lambda W. The formula L = lambda W states that the time-average queue length L is equal to the product of the arrival rate lambda and the customer-average waiting time W. The mathematical treatments in the literature show that this formula is valid in great generality as a relation among strong laws of large numbers.
