A New Operator Services Feature for the 5ESS(R) Switch

The operator services position system (OSPS) is a feature of the 5ESS(R) Switch that provides operator services as a sand-alone function or is integrated with the centralized switching function of the 5ESS Switch. Operation of OSPS is based on ISDN capabilities of the 5ESS Switch, and represents a new generation in operator services.
