A Nonprocedural Language for Telecommunication Call Processing Applications

This paper introduces a nonprocedural language for telecommunication call processing applications. Based on an extended finite state machine model of the application, the language provides facilities to explicitly define the conditions under which various actions can be applied to a telephone station to provide telecommunication services.
