A Optimal Algorithm for TI Backbone Network Design

In this paper we present an exact algorithm (OPTNET) to design an optimal backbone network. We consider the classical backbone design problem under discrete constrains imposed on the transmission lines and traffic routing. That is, we assume that the node and circuit r requirements are given.
