A Packet-Switched Network Analysis And Design System

We describe a system used to design private packet-switched networks. Given a set of packet switches, their locations and the traffic between them, the system configures a cost-effective network that meets a user- specified d delay constraint. AT&T tariffs and/or user-provided cost functions can be used to optimize the network.
