A Search System for Voice Bibliographic Database

1. INTRODUCTION: The VOICE database is a computerized bibliographic database specialized in speech sciences. Closely related topics i related fields such as linguistics, psychology, and experimental phonetics are also covered. It provides the user with references to interim reports, related topics in dissertations, etc., as well as books, articles in serial publications, monographs, and proceedings of meetings. This database has been developed by O. Fuijmura and coworkers at AT&T Bell Laboratories partly in cooperation with the Voice Foundation in New York. The goal of this database is to provide researchers with updated bibliographic material for online retrieval. The database has at present about 26,000 entries.
