A SiGe HBT BiCMOS 1-to-4 ADC frontend supporting 100 GBaud PAM4 reception at 14 GHz digitizer bandwidth

We introduce a SiGe HBT BiCMOS 1-to-4 ADC frontend that supports 100 GBaud PAM4 recep-tion at digitizer bandwidths down to 14 GHz. We successfully demonstrate its performance in SMF transmission experiments up to 40 km.
