A Single-Supply CMOS V.22 bis Modem Analog Processor

This paper describes the implementation of a 300/1200/2400 bit/sec CCITT V.22bis, V.22, and Bell 212-compatible modem for use over standard voiceband telephone lines. The device was designed in the 1.5microns analog CMOS process and has the dimensions 4.37 mm x 7.41 mm.
