A Study of the Liquid Pr-Ion Source

We have made liquid Pr-ion sources and have studied several of their performance characteristics. The mass spectrum of the emitted ions and its dependence on the source operating current has been studied both with a time-of-flight and with a magnetic-sector spectrometer.
