A Year's Experience with End User Searching

We describe our first year's experience offering the EasyNet system to employees at AT&T Bell Laboratories. The service is filling a need; over 80 users requested a password in the first six months the service was available. By the end of 1986, users had done over 300 searchers and had spent over $2,400.
