Activated Dynamic Scaling in Cd sub (1-x) Mn sub (x) Te: Spin Glass or Dynamically Inhibited Antiferromagnetic Transition?

The frequency dependent susceptibility chi'(omega,T) in Cd sub (1-x) Mn sub (x) Te has been measured over six decades from 0.1 Hz to 10 sup 5 Hz for x=0.4 and 1 Hz for x=0.65 in the vicinity of a suspected phase transition.
