ADDITION TO 'DC INTERNAL INDUCTANCE FOR A CONDUCTOR OF RECTANGULAR CROSS SECTION

The DC internal inductance of a conductor of elliptical cross section is used as a starting point to deduce, from numerically obtained results, approximate expressions for a conductor of rectangular cross section that are valid for any width and thickness.
