Advanced Materials for Electronics: An Information Perspective

The information professional has available many online sources, both bibliographic and numeric, for information on advanced electronic materials. It is in the interest of technical personnel to work with such a person early in a project to help insure that work already satisfactorily done is not repeated. Examples of some current, applicable search techniques for such materials in various databases will be discussed, as well as "intelligence" that is appearing in search systems.
