An Error Probability Approach to Physical Layer Security of MIMO-SDM

We study the achievable bit-error-ratio of a wire-tapping eavesdropper in an MDL-impaired MIMO-SDM system as a function of channel code rate chosen by the legitimate transponder-pair. This channel code rate-distortion formulation provides a practically specifiable system security quantification.
