Nowadays, the Artificial Intelligence is thriving and is applied to more and more sectors of our daily lives. This talk presents how the AI enriches the telecommunication sector. Fortunately, AI is consistent, often quick and the most importantly - keeps control in critical situations. We can observe a growing interest in Machine Learning and Deep Learning in the recent times. There are many use cases of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning and deep learning approaches which are settled in the telco sector. Understanding data and drawing conclusion from the data are huge opportunities and also challenges. Nevertheless, insights from AI can generate a real business value for a client. In the presentation, I will present several applications of AI in telecommunication.
