An Introduction to AT&T's Multi-layer POLYHIC Technology

In the past few years AT&T has developed and successfully implemented into manufacture a thin film Multichip Module (MCM) technology called Polymer Hybrid Integrated Circuit or POLYHIC. This technology is a unique approach to fabricating MCM's with high density multilayer interconnection.
