An Introduction to Regression Diagnostics for Dose-Response Models

Logistic regression models are used in the analysis of dose- response experiments and more generally in the analysis of binary data where experimental control over explanatory variables is not possible. The logistic model is by now the method of choice in the analysis of such data although the closely related probit model is also used in certain fields.
