An Investigation of Security and Privacy for Human Bond Communications

Human Bonds Communications (HBC) will become a reality, and it will have a tremendous impact on our lives. In this paper we define three different HBC levels and attempt to analyse what these really mean. The approach is to extrapolate and speculate about future progress, but putting effort into keeping the extrapolations plausible. Many different fields are involved, and no author can be an expert in all of them. My approach has therefore been to investigate papers and books from influential people in the respective fields, and this paper therefore serves as a survey about possible future advances. The security and privacy challenges will be enormous and they need to be resolved. This paper is therefore also an urgent call for future work.
