Analysis and Design of Analog Current-Mode Sampled-Data Circuits

The "current copier technique" [1] is circuit technique enabling the sampling and holding of an analog current signal. This technique needs only MOS transistors as circuit elements, and the transistors need not be carefully matched. The chip described here uses the current copier technique to realize a fully-differential second order modulator.
