Angle Diversity Statistics of a Dual-Beam Dish Antenna

The performance of AT&T's DR-6-30 digital radio is being monitored in a multipath environment on paths in southern California and central Colorado. These radios, operating in the 6 GHz common carrier band, are equipped with eight-foot dual-beam dish antennas which provide angle diversity protection from multipath fading. The 135 Mb/s 64 QAM spectrum is sampled by three slot filters to obtain channel fading and dispersion data.
