Angle-Resolved Photoemission of Semiconductors: Valence Band and Core Level Studies

New Image

Synchrotron radiation sources have allowed for the intensive study of electronic structure by momentum dependent on angle-resolved photoemission techniques. The tunable photon energy in the range 10-200 eV gives a range of final-state momenta from the first through the third Brillouin zones of most elemental and binary compound solids.
