Combating the Kerr-Nonlinearity Limit with Nonlinear Signal Multiplexing

We discuss and compare the performance of two promising nonlinear signal multiplexing schemes, namely the b-modulation and continuous spectrum modulation, using nonlinear Fourier transform to combat the conventional Kerr-induced nonlinearity limit
