Biography

Daniel is passionate and believer of technology and engineering so as passionate to help humanity to grow, be present and make a sustainable future together.

At Nokia he is heading the Network Exposure R&D with the vision of enabling everyday innovation to leverage all capabilities of the 5G networks.

In business he looks for and  fosters: entrepreneurship, innovation, transparency, trust, open leadership, respect, responsibility, accountability. As a leader he encourages mentoring, coaching, recognition, admitting faults. He is challenger of try-fail-learn-retry-succeed-share loops, value creation, data democracy, jumping out from our comfort zones, making great stories of how the impossible have been achieved and some fun too.
