Emmanuel Seve

Biography

Emmanuel Seve was born in Dijon, Burgundy, France, in 1971. He received his PhD degree in physics from Bourgogne University, France.

Between 1999 and 2000, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Aston University in Birmingham, UK.

Since July 2000, he has been a research engineer at Nokia Bell Labs, Nozay/Villarceaux, France.

His primary research has focused on physical impairments modeling and its application to optical and intelligent network modeling.
