Biography

Puneet Dhar has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication software industry. As the head of product management for Nokia’s Customer Care solutions, he helps CSPs deliver a more proactive and personalized omni-channel customer experience to their users. In various R&D and product leadership roles, Puneet has helped Nokia customers achieve operational excellence in the areas of network management, device management, analytics and AI.
