BT in collaboration with Nokia have developed the home view solution to address existing network challenges
The solution comprises of Home Device Manager, Service Management Platform and AVA Fixed Network Insights products which will provide superior customer experience and improve operational efficiency
“Probably the last two or three years we've been working with the core Nokia platform to sort of add further integrations of our own but to really make this home view application software works really well for our advisors. Now I'm trying to take it a bit further, at the end of the day you know with the data we collect from my routers from our Broadband network from the whole ecosystem you can probably work out or diagnose and resolve any problem”
