All registrants who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our delegate registration partner, Conference Contacts.

All reservations for guests without credit cards, with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.

The standard check-in time is from 15:00 PM on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.

Cancellation of Reservation

Should you need to cancel a reservation, please contact the SReXperts Americas 2022 Events Team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty 14 days prior to selected arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or no-show.

Climate

The weather in Orlando in September is very comfortable, as the city is starting to cool down from the scorching summer months. Although still warm, humidity levels aren't quite as high. The daily average temperature is around 81°F, with highs of 86°F and lows of 72°F. Rainfall and thunderstorms are quite common, although these usually happen mid-afternoon and cease within the half hour.
