SReXperts Registration

Purchases and Payment Policy

All applicable convention fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Works Pty Ltd, Australia on behalf of Nokia. A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation site as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Registration Support Team for any questions regarding the registration process.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation prior to October 4, 2024, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation on or after October 4, 2024, or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or €500.00 if you registered for a free pass.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the SReXperts APAC 2024 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Registration Support Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
