To continue to lead the way, it’s important for us to transparently share our thinking, and role-model the best DEI practices. We listen to the manyfold, diverse voices of people who want to create technology that makes the world act together -- customers, partners, employees, stakeholders, and those who consider Nokia as their next career step.
Nokia DEI work started already in the ‘80s when the first employee resource groups were set up – all of them still in full swing. Since 2017, Nokia prides itself of having a team of DEI professionals supporting Nokia’s business. DEI Engagement features the team’s thought leadership to inspire others to follow suit.
