Phil Siveter

Biography

Phil Siveter is the CEO for Nokia UK&I. Phil joined Nokia in 2017, bringing with him over 20 years of leadership experience in the communications industry. Previously Phil worked for Ciena, where he set up a successful Public Sector business, before which he spent several years at BT, holding numerous senior leadership roles. Drawing on a strong experience in Public Sector & Enterprise markets, Phil works closely with customers and partners to deliver critical services across the country, and is also responsible for Nokia’s partners and alliances in the UK&I. Having held advisory roles for the ‘Beyond Boyle Foundation’ and ‘Social Enterprise, Berkshire’, Phil is a keen advocate of the social enterprise model and uses this experience to drive open and inclusive leadership, in his role at Nokia.
