About Tom Bostoen

Tom Bostoen is a Software Expert of AI/ML, Fixed Networks division at Nokia. In that role, he is focused on creating innovative solutions for Altiplano, which is Nokia’s access network SDN controller. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and held various roles from research & software engineer to product manager. During his career, he mainly worked on access networks, both copper and fiber. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics.
