Want to partner with one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies®” 2023?

"World’s Most Ethical Companies” 2023 – Nokia as the trusted partner of choice

I am proud to announce that Nokia has been named once again by Ethisphere as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies®. Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical and responsible business practices, selected 135 companies, spanning 19 countries and 46 industries as the 2023 winners of this prestigious award. Nokia is one of only two companies in the telecommunications sector to receive this award.

Ethisphere’s Ethics Quotient® rating system objectively scores self-reported data on culture, environmental and social practices, ethics and compliance activities, governance, diversity, and initiatives that support a strong value chain. The application process is comprehensive and includes substantial quantitative and objective analysis as well as research into each company’s history of litigation, reputation, and ethical track record.

Nokia is accelerating into the next phase of our sustained long-term growth strategy, and we are bringing together customer and partner ecosystems with a focus on unleashing the exponential potential of networks. We are excited to be refreshing our brand to signal who we are today — a B2B technology innovation leader. One thing that remains constant is our strong culture of integrity, which is at the foundation of everything we do.  Our employees are supported by a vibrant speak-up culture and a robust compliance program, and are expected, at every level, to know and abide by the rules and speak up in cases of doubt.

As part of our renewed strategy, we want to be the “trusted provider of choice” in our industry, and receiving this award again recognizes the commitment of our leaders, employees and partners to operating with the highest standards of business ethics.

Thanks to our entire Nokia team for making the right choices day in and day out.
