Purchases and payment policy

All applicable fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Contacts Limited, UK on behalf of Nokia.  A mandatory 3% service charge will automatically be applied to all credit card payments.  A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation site as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Registration Support Team, for any questions regarding the registration process.
 

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation prior to May 23, 2025, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation on or after May 23, 2025, or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee of €500.00.  All optional offerings will be non-refundable after May 23, 2025.
 

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the SReXperts 2025 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Registration Support Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
