Located adjacent to the Stadtpark – a vibrant greenspace in Vienna city centre - this bustling and recently refurbished business hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the city center and just 18 kilometers from Vienna International airport, making it ideal for business travellers.
The Hilton Vienna Park offers 663 guest rooms and suites with views of the city skyline. Rooms feature king-sized beds, a modern bathroom with a shower and a comfortable easy chair. Catch up on work at the table using WiFi or unwind whilst watching a movie on the 49-inch HDTV. For your comfort and convenience all guest rooms provide a mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, USB ports, night light, laptop safe, bathrobe, slippers, and an individually adjustable air conditioning.
Inspired by Viennese Modernism, the hotel offers 3,400 sq. m. of event space. These expansive and flexible meeting facilities include two ballrooms and several smaller meeting rooms making the Hilton Vienna Park the perfect venue to host the Wavelengths 2025 program.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel requests can be made during the online event registration. All registrants who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our delegate registration partner, Conference Contacts. All reservations for guests without credit cards, with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The standard check-in time is from 15:00 PM on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.

Bedroom reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to and including March 25, 2025. Should you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. In the case of no-show, the hotel will also charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees.
Transportation
Arriving by Plane
Delegates will land at Vienna International Airport which is approximately 18km from the Hilton Vienna Park hotel. Taxis are readily available in front of the terminal at the airport. The average cost for a taxi from the airport to the Hotel will be approximately €50, and depending on the time of day you arrive, the average travel time will be approximately 25-35 minutes depending on traffic.

Onsite parking is available at the hotel. Parking is charged at €35 per day.

Climate
Vienna is an inland city situated on the banks of the Danube River. It has an oceanic climate, meaning that it tends to feature moderately warm summers and cold but relatively dry winters. The average temperate in April is around 16˚C
Currency
The currency in Austria is the Euro (€).
Dress Code
The dress code for Wavelengths 2025 is business casual.
Electricity/Voltage
The electrical supply is 230 volts +/- 10%. The frequency of the supply is 50 hertz. Most electrical outlets in bathrooms have a built-in converter for 110 volts to be used only for shavers. The two-pin rectangular plug system is used. It is recommended to bring an international adaptor as the hotel is limited in converters.
Visas
Austria is a Member-State of the European Union and has signed the Schengen Agreement. While travelling within the European Union, you only need your Identity card. However, a passport is necessary for several other transactions, such as currency exchange, purchases, etc. Visas are not required by European citizens from countries that are part of the Schengen Area. Austria as a member of the Schengen Agreement, has abolished controls on common internal lands, at air and sea borders and allows Member-State citizens to travel around without a visa for a short stay period of up to three (3) months. However, please keep in mind that airlines and other carriers require a valid passport and/or identity card.
Citizens coming from countries that have not yet joined Schengen Area may require a visa to enter Austria. The E.U. visitors from these countries can acquire further information from the Embassies or Consulates in their countries, or from their travel agencies. Before visiting Austria, please consult your local government website and find out whether you require a Visa to gain entry. If you require an official Nokia invitation letter to apply for a visa, please contact your Nokia representative to request support.
