Connecting rural and tribal communities to the digital economy

Centranet is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Rural Electric Cooperative, dedicated to bringing north central Oklahomans cutting-edge internet via a fiber broadband communications network. As part of their commitment to deliver best-in-class broadband to their members, Centranet was the first company to demonstrate a 50Gbps fiber internet connection for a tribal nation in Oklahoma.

Check out the video that details the live commercial trial, using Nokia’s Lightspan fiber solution, to learn how Centranet connected a member of the Sac and Fox nation to one of the fastest residential internet speeds available globally.
