Biography
Dimitre Kostadinov is a research engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs France. Prior to joining Bell Labs in 2008, Dimitre received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Versailles in 2007 on personalized access to distributed databases. His domains of interest lie in personalized access to content, privacy protection, user profiling, context-awareness, big data and root cause analysis. He authored more than 20 research papers and over 30 patents. Dimitre was one of the organizers of PRSAT’2010: International Workshop on Practical Use of Recommender Systems, Algorithms, & Technology (held in conjunction with ACM Recommender Systems 2010, Barcelona, Spain). He also received the Best Paper Award at the UMAP’2010 conference (User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization) and Best Demo Award at the ICIN 2018 conference (Conference on Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks).
