Dominique Verchere

Biography

Dominique Verchere is Research Engineer at Bell Labs. He received Electrical Engineering M.Sc., Computer Science M.Sc. and Ph.D. on Performance Evaluation methods of Network Systems from University of Paris VI. Since 2002, he has contributed intensively on advanced network control functions including Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching control (G-MPLS), Path Computing Element (PCE), Network Operation System Interfaces (UNI, MTOSI), including carrier grade connectivity services associated with Datacenter for Cloud services deliveries. Within Bell Labs, he is currently proposing advanced Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions unifying the control of network elements end-to-end from IP Transport, IP Routing to User centric networks.
