Biography

Francesca is a leader with an excellent technical and business acumen, capable of “connecting the dots” in a market that is in an exciting, but also unsettling period of disruption; her natural empathy with customers and her positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication capabilities are the right combination to engage with many stakeholders to contribute to unlock new value creation in existing and new ecosystems.

Thanks to almost 30 years of telecoms experience, covering ASIC design, product management, sales, marketing, global operator business strategies, and now in Standardization & Research, Francesca has developed a deep understanding of technology evolution, market trends, operator dynamics and vertical domain requirements.

She has also created a tremendous network with customer executives, gaining a unique insight into the way that they view technology developments and how best to position cutting-edge thought so that it resonates in the real world.
