Biography

Gary is Nokia’s Campus Private Wireless Sales Manager for Oceania, based in Melbourne. He leads a team dedicated to supporting customers in the Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Marine sectors, helping them navigate critical challenges in their environments—ranging from safety and productivity to regulatory and legacy infrastructure. Through advanced technology, Gary enables businesses to modernize their networks and move toward Industry 4.0.

With over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, he has delivered solutions to clients across the UK, the Middle East, and, for the past decade, throughout the APAC region and Australia. His accomplishments include a global first: deploying the first Private LTE solution in the Energy sector for mining automation.

After returning to Australia in January 2025, Gary continues to help organizations understand how information, applications, and communication technology can be used as strategic tools to solve operational challenges. He collaborates closely with Nokia’s product and services teams to design solutions that strengthen customer operations and keep pace with rapidly evolving industry demands.

Outside the office, Gary enjoys spending time in the kitchen. A passionate amateur chef, he specializes in Asian cuisine, with a particular love for Indian dishes.
